Early Sunday morning on May 25, 2025, a tragic single-vehicle crash occurred at McCarran and Skyline, resulting in two fatalities and three injuries — all rushed to the hospital.

According to Zadkiel Kersting and his wife Gretta, who witnessed the incident firsthand, they were nearby filming a music video when they heard the roar of a vehicle engine racing past them at high speed. Moments later, they saw the same vehicle traveling in the opposite direction at an equally reckless pace. Shortly after, they heard a loud crash followed by an explosion. Zadkiel and Gretta immediately ran toward the scene.

They saw the burning vehicle leaking gasoline and threatening to explode, with victims dangerously close to the flames. Zadkiel bravely worked to pull victims away from the vehicle during this critical moment, with gasoline threatening to ignite and cause further tragedy.
